Anne Curtis Smith, a Filipino Australian model and TV host, entrepreneur and recording artist has been awarded numerous accolades throughout her professional career. It includes two FAMAS Awards one Luna Award as well as two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards. In addition, she was recognized twice in the Gawad Urian Awards. Curtis is the daughter Carmencita Ojales, a Filipina originally from Bolinao Pangasinan, and James Ernest Curtis Smith who is an Australian attorney. Born in Yarrawonga located in Victoria, Australia. Her father married Ojales an Filipina woman from Bolinao Pangasinan in 1982. Jasmine is her older sister. is an actress as well. Their father had one half sister, called Clare died in 2007 aged four months due to cardiovascular disease.
